Accounting - Accounts Receivable


This Simple Checkout can be added to your website so that customers can pay for their outstanding invoices.

Note: this portion of is not integrate with DocketManager so when the payments are received you must apply them to the invoices in DocketManager.

Step     Action

  1.        Select {Tools} and then select {Simple Check}.


2.        Select {Add Item}.

3.        Enter in the Name of the button (i.e. Pay Online), enter in the Item ID (i.e. Item1) and select {Donation} from the drop-down.

4.        Select {Save}. A snippet of code will be provided that you can add to your website.
