The Orders tab can be used:
- To search and locate an order or group of orders
- To action an order
- To bulk action orders
- To export an order list
Note: Access to these functions will vary based on the user's security settings. You can also access using the flyout menu:
Searching Orders
Note: Clicking on the spyglass icon will toggle the search filter panel to hide or display.
Step Action
1. Select {Orders}. The page should open on the Orders tab.
2. The search criteria that can be used include:
Field | Action |
Order Number | Enter full Order Number. Note: Contains only numbers. If you elect to change the numbering convention of your order numbers in the future (e.g.: to begin at a specific higher number and to count from there), it's important to note that Order numbers follow the int32 structure and can only go up to a maximum order number 2,147,483,687. This is also the highest searchable number. |
Order Name | Enter in the full or partial Order Name. |
Customer Name | Enter in the full or partial Customer Name. |
Customer Number | Enter in the full or partial Customer Number. |
Contact Name | Enter in the full or partial Contact Name. |
Status | Select some Status options from the drop-down menu. Note: Statuses are an easy way to visually identify what is occurring/has occurred on an order, at-a-glance, when you are searching. They appear as small colorful icons under the status column and can be modified. |
Receiver | Select a Receiver option from the drop-down menu. |
Sales Rep | Select a Sales Rep option from the drop-down menu. |
CSR | Select a CSR option from the drop-down menu. |
Order Date | Select an Order Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar. |
Posted Date | Select a Posted Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar. |
Payment Date | Select a Payment Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar. |
PO Number | Enter in the full or partial PO Number. |
Order Tags | Select some Order Tags options from the drop-down menu. Note: Tags are great way to organize your orders for search purposes. You can create as many tags as you need and you can add them to any order or order item you might search for in the future. (See Tags - Creating a New Order Tag) |
Customer Tags | Select some Customer Tags options from the drop-down menu. Note: Tags are great way to organize your orders for search purposes. You can create as many tags as you need and you can add them to any order or order item you might search for in the future. (See Tags - Creating a New Customer Tag) |
Invoice Generated | Select Yes or No if the order has had an Invoice Generated. |
Has Balance | Select Yes or No if the order has a balance. |
Total | Select a range for the order Total by entering a value in the Low and High fields. |
3. Once Search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all search
criteria, select {Clear}.
Order Actions
To open the sub-action menu, click on the vertical ellipses for an order and then select an action from the drop-down.
Action | Description |
Edit | This opens to Edit Order modal for this order. For more information, see Orders - Editing an Order. |
Post/Unpost | This allows for you to Post/Unpost the order. Notes:

Void/Unvoid | This allows for you to Void/Unvoid the order. Notes:

Add a Note | This opens the New Note modal. |
Add a Task | This opens the New Task modal with Related To field set to this order. |
Print Invoice | This opens the Document modal with an invoice for this order. |
Email Invoice | This opens the Email modal with an attached Invoice .PDF for this order. |
Print Packing Slip | This opens the Document modal with a packing slip this order. |
Reorder | This creates a new order based on this order. |
Convert to Quote | This converts the order to a quote. |
