Step Action
1. Select {Quotes/Orders} and then select the Items tab.
2. The search criteria that can be used includes:
| Field | Action |
| Type | Select a Type from the drop-down menu. Default set to Order. |
| Item Number | Enter full Item Number. |
| Item Name | Enter in the full or partial Item Name. |
| Description | Enter in the full or partial Description. |
| Order Number | Enter full Order Number. |
| Customer Name | Enter in the full or partial Customer Name. |
| Customer Number | Enter in the full or partial Customer Number. |
| Contact Name | Enter in the full or partial Contact Name. |
| Status | Select some Status options from the drop-down menu. |
| Receiver | Select a Receiver option from the drop-down menu. |
| Sales Rep | Select a Sales Rep option from the drop-down menu. |
| CSR | Select a CSR option from the drop-down menu. |
| Graphic Artist | Select a Graphic Artist option from the drop-down menu. |
| Commission Contact | Select a Commission Contact option from the drop-down menu. |
| Order Date | Select an Order Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar. |
| Posted Date | Select a Posted Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar. |
| Due Date | Select a Due Date timeframe from the drop-down or select {Custom Range} to specify a date range using pop-up calendar. |
| Tags | Select some Tags options from the drop-down menu. Multiple tag search criteria can be selected if applicable. |
| Item Type | Select an Item Type option from the drop-down menu. |
| Budget Code | Enter full Budget Code. |
| Budget Name | Enter in the full or partial Budget Name. |
| Time Sensitive | Select Yes or No if the item is time sensitive. |
| Queue | Select some Queue options from the drop-down menu. Multiple queue search criteria can be selected if applicable. |
| Template Group | Select a Template Group option from the drop-down menu. |
| Press | Select a Press option from the drop-down menu. |
3. Once Search criteria has been entered, select {Search}. To clear all search
criteria, select {Clear}.
