The following is an example of how to create a large format item, such as a 24 x 36 Poster, using the Quick Add function.


Note: This example will utilize Quick Add for creating each item but the same basic process would be used if creating the items From Template or From Scratch.


Before an Item can be added, a quote or order must first be created. 

 


Step     Action

  1.       From the Item table on the order/quote, hover mouse over {New} and select 

            {Quick Add} from the drop-down. A Quick Add Item modal will open.


  2.      Complete field values with the following:

Stock1. Select {Add Stock}. An Add Stock modal window will open.
2. Select 'Paper Gloss - 54 x 1 - White' by checking box on the left-hand side.
3. Select {Add}.
PressSelect 'Roll to Roll Wide Format Printer' press from the drop-down.

Note: Additional fields will become available on the modal once large format press is selected.
Run Size54 x 36
Flat Size24 x 36
Finish Size24 x 36
On2
Order Due OptionsSelect {5 Days}. All the Due Dates will pre-fill based on the Order Due Option selected.
QuantitiesEnter 500 in Quantity field.

Additional pricing quantities can be added as needed.



  3.      Select {Save}.
