check ticket statusThe Cardview option is available on the search pages for Quotes/Orders, Items, Customers, and Contacts.
To toggle to the cardview option on the search page, select the card icon on the top right-hand side of the screen.
The Cardview option will reformat the page:
The Card View can be sorted by selecting the sort icon to the left of the card icon.
A drop-down will open with the following sort options:

Note: Box on left-hand side for making selection only visible when hovering mouse over the entry or if
the entry has been selected.
