There are 2 ways to generate proof email from Order Item view page. 

  • Proof email from the Action menu
  • Proof email from the Proof Record

Proof Email from the Action menu:

Step      Action

  1.        From the Item View page, select the {Action} menu and then select {Proof Email

             from the drop-down menu.

             Note: The Proof Email option is only visible if a proof file already exists on the item.

 



            An Add Proof modal will open.

    2.       Select a Proof File to be added to the email by checking a box on the left-hand side.

    3.       Select {Continue}. An Email modal will open.

              Note: There is a refresh button on the right-hand side of the Canned Email field. This allows 

              you to reset the Canned Email content.



  4.      Add any additional information required to the email. 

  5.      Select {Send}. A pop-up window will confirm the the email successfully sent.



Proof email from the Proof Record:

Step      Action

  1.        From the Item View page, select the Graphics tab and then select the pencil icon 

             to Enable Edit mode.

  2.        Select a Email Proof from the vertical ellipses on right-hand side of proof record.


              An Email modal will open.



              Note: There is a refresh button on the right-hand side of the Canned Email field. This allows 

              you to reset the Canned Email content.


  4.      Add any additional information required to the email. 

  5.      Select {Send}. A pop-up window will confirm the the email successfully sent.


Once the email has been sent, a proof record is created when the client replies, and the status is updating based on their reply to "Approved" or "Changes Required".
