Contacts can have credit cards stored on their profiles in DocketManager, making it easier to apply payments to their orders.



Adding Financial Profiles for a Contact

Step     Action

  1.       Select {New} under Stored Credit Card Profiles of Financial section on the

            Contact view page. A New Stored Profile modal window will open.



  2.       Complete fields for the New Stored Profile.  


Card Details

FieldDescription
ContactSelect a Contact from the drop-down menu.
Card NumberEnter the card number.
Name on CardEnter the full name as it appears on the card.
ExpiryEnter the expiry date for the card (MMYY).
CVCEnter CVC. (3-4 digit security code from the back of the card).
Credit Card Processing AccountThis is the Credit Card Processing integration you will be using for this account.

Select the Credit Card Processing Account from the drop-down.

Billing AddressEnter the street address, city, zip/postal code, region, and country in the corresponding fields.

 

  3.        Select {Add}. The newly added card will now appear below Stored Credit

             Card Profiles.




Deleting a Stored Credit Card Profile

Step     Action

  1.       Select item to be deleted by checking box to the left-hand side of Number column under

            Stored Credit Card Profiles



  2.      Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be deleted.

  3.      Select {OK}. A results window will pop-up to confirm the selected Payment 

           Profile have been deleted.

           

           Note: Deleting a stored credit card profile will remove the information on DocketManager 

           but does not remove the stored profile from Authorize.net. To fully delete a stored profile, 

           it would need to be done on your Authorize.net account as well.


          If the stored credit card profile has not been removed from Authorize.net, an 

          error message will generate indicating a duplicate customer payment profile 

          already exists.
