Defaults - Adding Customer Defaults


Step     Action

   1.       Select {Settings} and then select {Defaults} under Customers section.

   2.       Select {New} under Defaults. A New Default modal window will open.  



  3.      Complete the fields.

           General

Item
Description
Name
Enter the customer Name.
Sales Rep
Select a Sales Rep from the drop-down who is to be the default.
CSR
Select a CSR from the drop-down who is to be the default.
Graphic Artist
Select a Graphic Artist from the drop-down who is to be the default for this customer (if applicable).
Tags
Select one or more Tags from the drop-down.
Contact Tags
Select one or more Contact Tags from the drop-down.
Contact Roles
Select one or more Contact Roles from the drop-down.
Ship Type
Select a Ship Type from the drop-down.
Invoice
Select an Invoice from the drop-down.
Terms
Select Terms from the drop-down.

    

           Financial

Item
Description
Discount
Enter a value for the default Discount percentage.
Credit Limit
Enter a value for the default Credit Limit.
Tax Type
Select Tax Type option from the drop-down.
Requires PO
Select Yes or No option from the drop-down.
Default Handling Fee
Select Default Handling Fee type (% or $) from the drop-down and then enter value for the fee.
Commission Contacts
To add a Commission Contact:
1. Select {New} under Commission Contacts. A Commission Contact modal
window will open.
2. Select a Contact from the drop-down and then enter a Commission a percentage.
3. Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the Commission Contact
has been saved.
4. Select X to close pop up results window.

To edit a Commission Contact:
Step Action
1. Hover mouse over the Contact to be edited. A pencil icon will appear on the right-hand side of the name. Select the pencil icon. An Edit Commission Contact modal window will open.
2. Make required changes.
3. Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the Commission Contact has been saved. 
4. Select X to close the pop-up window.

To Delete a Commission Contact:
Step Action

1. Select entries under Commission Contacts to be deleted by checking boxes on the left-hand

side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under Commission Contacts.

2. Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be deleted.

3. Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate

the selected items have been deleted.

4. Select X to close pop up results window.
