Step     Action

  1.       Select {Settings} and then select {Products} under Online Ordering.

  2.       Select entries under Products to be duplicated by checking boxes on the left-hand

            side. All entries can be duplicated by checking box to right of {New} under Products.

  3.       Select {Duplicate}. A Duplicate Templates modal window will open.


  4.       Complete the fields.

FieldDescription
CustomerThis is the customer that the duplicated products will be assigned to.
Keep Portal AccessIf set to Yes, any existing Portal Access will copy on to the duplicated product item. If set to No, all Portal Access will be removed from the duplicated product item.
Keep Contact AccessIf set to Yes, any existing Contacts will copy on to the duplicated product item. If set to No, all Contacts will be removed from the duplicated product item.


  5.       Select {Save}. A pop-up will confirm the Products have been duplicated and the new 

            products will appear at the top of the Products table.
