Portals - Contacts


To Navigate to a Portal page:

Step      Action

  1.        Select {Settings} and then select {Online Configuration} from the Online Ordering 

             section.

  2.        Hover mouse over the name of desired portal page and select the pencil icon that appears on 

             the right-hand side of the name. The Portal edit page will open.


Adding Contacts

Step     Action

  1.       From the Portal edit page, select {Add} under Contacts section. An Add Contacts

            modal window will open.


  2.      Select contacts to be added by checking boxes on the left-hand side. To select all 

           contacts, check box above Name.

  3.      Select {Add}. A results window will pop-up to confirm the contacts successfully

           added to portal.


Editing Contacts

Step     Action

  1.       Hover mouse over Name of item to be edited and select the pencil icon on the right-hand side. 


            The Contact view page will open.

            To make changes, see CRM-Contacts.

 

Removing Contacts

Step     Action

  1.       Select Contacts to be removed by checking boxes on the left-hand side. 

            To remove all contacts, check box above Name.


  2.        Select {Remove}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be removed.

  3.        Select {OK}. A results window will pop-up to confirm the contact successfully removed.
