Update Account Details

Follow the steps below to update your Account Details.

  • Settings > Admin > Account
  • Hover your mouse over your Company Name under Account Details
  • Click on the Edit Pencil
  • Make necessary updates and click Save


In addition to the fields shown in the Account Details modal window, you can also upload an Avatar Image in the top right corner of the window.



Where are Account Details used in DocketManager?

Account Details serve as the Default Billing and Shipping Locations for your company.


Account Details are also used in Canned Emails. When you send Email communications through DocketManager, the Canned Email Templates will utilize the following information from Account Details:

  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip / Postal
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Website
  • Avatar Image


Canned Emails are fully customizable but when you are initially setting up your system this is an easy way to display the correct information without making multiple edits.
