Products may not be visible online for a number of reasons. 


It may be that the Contact does not have access to view these products

  1.        Select {CRM} and then select the Contacts tab.

  2.        Hover mouse over Name of contact and select the pencil icon that appears. The Contact view 

             page will open.

  3.        Select  {Edit} from the Actions drop-down. The Contact view page will open.

  4.        Scroll through Products list to confirm contact has access to the product. 


It may be the the Portal has not been setup with access to the product.

Step      Action

 1.        Select {Settings} and then select {Online Configuration} under Online Ordering section.

 2.        Hover mouse over Name of portal under Portals section and select the pencil icon that 

            appears. The Portal edit page will open.

 3.        Scroll through Products list to confirm portal has been setup with access to the product. 


It may be that the product is missing Quantities.

Step      Action

  1.        Select {Settings} and then select {Products} under Online Ordering section.

  2.        Search for Product. Hover mouse over product Number and select the pencil icon that 

             appears. The Product Item view page will open.

  3.        Check to see if any Quantities are listed in table.
