There are a few ways to edit an order, depending on the information you would like to edit.

General Order Information or Locations

General Order details (including order locations), can be found on the Order Edit modal. 

There are several ways to open the Order Edit modal including:

  • Orders > Edit on vertical ellipses
  • Order View > Actions > Edit 
  • CRM > Customer or Contact View > Edit on vertical ellipses from the Orders section

1From the Order Edit modal, make required changes to general or location information.
2. Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the location section saved. 

The Items table shows all items for the selected order:
To edit, add, or delete Payments. (See Orders - Payments)
To edit, add, or delete Notes. (See General - Notes)
To edit, add, or delete Tasks. (See General - Tasks)
To edit, add, or delete Shipments. (See Orders - Shipments)

Bulk Actions can also be used for editing details on a single or multiple orders.

To Edit General Order Information using Bulk Actions:

  1.        From the Orders tab, select entries under Orders to action by checking boxes on the left-                                   hand side. 

   3.     Select {Bulk Actions}. A Bulk Action modal will open. 


   4.     Complete the fields. The selection box on the left-hand side will automatically be checked when

            the field is filled out.


           Note: Status and Tags can also be bulk removed by selecting the box on

           the right-hand side of Bulk Remove.

   5.     Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the selected orders

           have been updated.
