Step     Action

  1.        From the Order view page, make required changes.

 

General Order Information or Locations
To Edit General Order Information or Locations from Order Edit modal:
1From the Order view page, hover over Actions menu and select {Edit} from the drop-down.

   The Order Edit modal will open. 

2. Make required changes to general or location information.
3. Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the location section saved. 
Items

This shows all items for the selected Products:

To edit, add, or delete Items. (See Items)

To access Item actions from the Order view page, hover mouse over the vertical ellipses
( ⋮ ) on each record's very last column of the item table. (See General-Item Summary)
Payments
To edit, add, or delete Payments. (See Orders-Payments)
Notes
To edit, add, or delete Notes. (See General-Notes)
Tasks
To edit, add, or delete Tasks. (See General-Tasks)
Shipments
To edit, add, or delete Shipments. (See Orders-Shipments)



Bulk Actions can also be used for editing details on a single or multiple orders.

To Edit General Order Information using Bulk Actions:

  1.        From the Quptes/Orders tab, select entries under Quotes/Orders to action by checking boxes on the

             left-hand side. 


   3.     Select {Bulk Actions}. A Bulk Action modal will open.  

   4.     Complete the fields. The selection box on the left-hand side will automatically be checked when

            the field is filled out.

 

           Note: Status and Tags can also be bulk removed by selecting the box on

           the right-hand side of Bulk Remove.


   5.     Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the selected orders

           have been updated.
