Entries - Printing or Emailing Credit Note


To Navigate to Entry:

Step      Action

  1.        Select {Accounting} and then select the Entries tab. 

  2.        Hover mouse over Entry # and select the pencil icon that appears. The Entries edit page will appear.  

Printing a Credit Note

Step      Action

  1.        Hover mouse over Actions menu and select {Print Credit Note} from the drop-down.

  A new tab will open for viewing the credit note.


Note: The credit note can be edited before printing. The modified credit note will not be saved automatically but must be manually downloaded to retain changed copy.

  2.    Select Printer icon in the top-right hand side to print the credit note.

 

Emailing a Credit Note:

Step      Action

  1.        Hover mouse over Actions menu and select {Email Credit Note} from the drop-down.

  An Email modal will open with credit note as an attachment.


Note: The credit note can be edited before emailing by clicking on the credit attachment. An 

Edit Document modal will open. Select {Update} to save changes.


  2.       Select {Send}. A pop-up window will confirm credit note emailed successfully.
