Blank stock markup scales can be set to populate by default whenever a new stock is created.  This should make adding new stocks easier while keeping consistency.


Creating Default Blank Stock Mark Ups

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Stock} under Dockets. The page will

           open on the Attributes tab.



  2.       Select {Markups} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Markups

            section.

  3.       Select {New} under Markups - Blank. A New Printed Markup Scale modal

            window will open.

  4.      Complete the fields.

Field

Description

Quantity

Enter in the end quantity for the markup

i.e. 1st Scale: 500

(from 1 -500)

2nd Scale: 1000

(from 501 - 1000)

Percentage

Enter in the percentage for the markup



  5.      Select {Save}.  A results window will pop-up to indicate the scale has been

            saved.

  


Editing Default Blank Stock Mark Ups

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Stock} under Dockets. The page will

           open on the Attributes tab.

  2.      Select {Markups} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Markups

            section. 

  3.      Hover mouse over the name of markup under Blank to be edited and select the

           pencil icon that appears on the right-hand side of the name. An Edit Blank

           Markup Scale modal window will open.


  4.       Make required changes.

  5.       Select {Save}. A results window will pop up to indicate the tag has been

            successfully saved.



Deleting Default Blank Stock Mark Ups
Step    Action  

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Stock} under Dockets. The page will
           open on the Attributes tab.  

  2.      Select {Markups} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Markups
           section.

  3.      Select entries under Markups - Blank to be deleted by checking boxes on

           the left-hand side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New}

           under Markups - Blank.

  4.      Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be deleted.

  5.      Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate

           the selected markups have been deleted.
