Order due options are a quick way to set due dates on order items. Order Due Options are defaults that can be changed at order item level for a specific job.
Create an New Order Due Option
- From the Order Options page (Settings > Dockets > Order Options > Order Due Options)
- Click New
- Complete the fields
- Click Save
Order Due Option Name
This is the internal name of the Order Due Option that will display at the quote and order item level.
Default
The Default Order Due Option will be used for any new quotes and orders that are entered into the system unless a different option is selected.
Visible Online
Do you want this option to be available for online ordering orders? Y/N
If set to Yes then an Online Name field will appear, this is the text that the client will see in place of the Order Due Option Name which is only visible internally.
Reference Date
This is the reference point for the dates set below. You can choose from:
- Due Date
- Order Date
- Proof Approval Date
- Today
Note: Any Order Due Options with a reference date of Item Due Date should not be made visible online. An item due date cannot be set on an online product and doing so will cause the order due dates to calculate incorrectly.
Date Fields
Each section can be set to a value of business days and Minutes after the Reference Date.
Edit an Order Due Option
- From the Order Options page (Settings > Dockets > Order Options > Order Due Options)
- Click on the Name of the Order Due Option that you would like to Edit
- Make required changes
- Click Save
Delete an Order Due Option
- From the Order Options page (Settings > Dockets > Order Options > Order Due Options)
- Check the box to the left of the Order Due Options that you would like to delete.
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion by clicking OK
