File Groups give you the ability to organize the files you add to an Order Item in a way that works best for your company.



Creating a New File Group

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Order Options} under Dockets.

  2.      Select {File Groups} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to File Groups

           section.

  3.      Select {New} under File Group. A New File Group modal window will open.



  4.      Enter new file group name.

  5.      Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to indicate the selected file group has

           been saved.


Note: Once a file group has been created, you can drag and drop the file group name position up and down the list by hovering your mouse over the name until you see the [up/down] symbol, then drag and drop it in the order you wish.



Editing a File Group

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Order Options} under Dockets.

  2.      Select {File Group} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to File Group

           section.

  3.      Hover mouse over the name of File Group to be edited. A pencil icon will appear on the

           right-hand side of the name. Select the pencil icon. A modal Edit File Group window

           will open.



  4.      Make required changes.

  5.      Select {Save}. A results window will pop up to indicate the file group has been

            saved.




Deleting a File Group

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Order Options} under Dockets.

  2.      Select {File Group} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to File Group

           section.

  3.      Select entries under File Group to be deleted by checking boxes on the left-hand side.

           All entries can be deleted by checking box to left of {New} under File Group.



  4.     Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be deleted.  

  5.     Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate
          the selected file groups have been deleted.
