Press Groups are a way to organize your presses to make them easier to find when adding them to quotes and orders.


Creating a New Press Group

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {General} under Dockets.

  2.      Select {Press Groups} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Press

           Groups section. 


  3.      Select {New} under Press Groups. A Press Groups modal will open.


 

  4.      Enter new press group name.

  5.      Select {Save} to add a single press group or {Save & Add New} to save and add 

           additional press groups. A window will pop-up to confirm Department Item Group 

           added successfully.



Editing a Press Group

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {General} under Dockets.

  2.      Select {Press Groups} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Press

             Groups section.

 3.        Hover mouse over the name of the press group to be edited and select the pencil icon

            that appears on the right-hand side of the name. An Edit Press Group modal will open.


4.      Make required changes.

5.      Select {Save} to add a single press group or {Save & Add New} to save and add 

         additional press groups. A window will pop-up to confirm Press Group added successfully.



Deleting a Press Group

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {General} under Dockets.

  2.      Select {Press Groups} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Press

            Groups section.

  3.      Select entries under Press Groups to be deleted by checking boxes  on the

           left-hand side. All entries can be deleted by checking box to right of {New}

           under Press Groups  

4.     Select {Delete}. A window will pop-up to confirm selected items to be deleted.

5.     Select {OK} to delete selected items. A results window will pop-up to indicate the 

        selected press groups have been deleted.


 


Duplicating a Press Group

Step    Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {General} under Dockets.

  2.      Select {Press Groups} on the right-hand side of screen to auto scroll to Press

           Groups section.

  3.     Select entries under Press Groups to be duplicated by checking boxes on the

          left-hand side. All entries can be duplicated by checking box to right of {New}

          under Press Groups.

  4.      Select {Duplicate}. A results window will pop up to indicate the press 

           groups have been duplicated. The duplicated scales will also now appear 

           under Press Groups.
