Step     Action

  1.       Select {CRM} and then select the {Contacts} tab. 

  2.       Hover mouse over the name of contact to be edited and select to View icon.

            The Customer view page will open.

  3.       Hover mouse over the Actions menu and select {Edit} from the drop-down.

    A Contact modal window will open.  

  3.      Make required changes.
