Run the Report
- Select Reports > Analysis > Customer Analysis
- Choose a Customer (leave as Select an Option for all Customers)
- Click Generate

- No. of Orders This Year (posted/unposted) (calendar year)
- Value of Orders This Year (posted/unposted)
- No. of Orders Lifetime (posted/unposted)

- Average Value of Order (value of orders lifetime /No. Of orders lifetime)
- No. of Quotes Lifetime (all statuses)
- Value of Quotes Lifetime (all statuses)
