The Customer Analysis report shows a broad overview of all customers. 


Step     Action

  1.       Select {Reports} and then select {Customer Analysis} under the Analysis 

            section. A Generate Report modal window will open.

  2.      Select a Customer option from the drop-down. If no customer option selected, all 

           customers will be included in the report.

  3.      Select {Generate}.


           Note: You may need to confirm the file to be opened/saved before 

           proceeding, depending on your web browser. The file will open or be saved 

           to your computer depending on your web browser.



Report Columns include:

  • Customer Name
  • Customer Number
  • Sales Rep (on customer)
  • Last order date
  • No. of orders this year (posted/unposted) (calendar year)
  • Value of orders this year (posted/unposted)
  • No. of orders lifetime (posted/unposted)
  • Value of orders lifetime (posted/unposted)
  • Average value of order (value of orders lifetime /No. Of orders lifetime)
  • No. of quotes lifetime (all statuses)
  • Value of quotes lifetime (all statuses)
  • Average value of quote (value of orders lifetime /No. Of orders lifetime)
  • No. of coverted quotes
  • Value of converted quotes
  • No. of active quotes
  • Value of active quotes
  • No. of lost quotes
  • Value of lost quotes
