Assigning a Username and Password for an employee makes them an Active User for the company.


To Navigate to Contacts:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Settings} and then select Account under the Admin section.

  2.       Use search filters to locate the desired Contact.

  3.       Select the contact's name to open the Contact view page.

  4.       Select {Edit} from the Actions drop-down. The Contact edit modal will open. 


Adding Active User Login

Step      Action

  1.        From the Contact modal, complete the fields.

Description
Role
Select applicable roles from the drop-down menu. 

The assigned role will define the active user's system access.
Username
Enter contacts Username.
New Password
Enter a New Password.
Confirm New Password
Re-enter password to Confirm New Password.


  2.      Select {Save}.


Editing or Deleting Active User Login

Step      Action

  1.        From the Contact modal, edit fields or delete all field information.

  2.        Select {Save}. A results window will confirm Contact edited successfully.


Note: When deleting an active user, a pop-up will confirm if the contact is no longer an active user. The message will also confirm how many active users are currently in the system.
