The Customer Good Low Level report shows customer goods with current inventory levels below their minimum level. 

Note: A minimum level must be set on the customer good for it to be included in this report.

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Reports} and then select {Customer Good Low Level Report} from the Analysis 

            section. A Generate Report modal window will open.

  2.      Select a Customer and Remaining Inventory time frame from the drop-down, if applicable.

  3.      Select {Generate}.

           Note: You may need to confirm the file to be opened/saved before 

           proceeding, depending on your web browser. The file will open or be saved 

           to your computer depending on your web browser.

Report Columns include:

  • Name
  • Customer
  • Minimum Level
  • On Order
  • On Hand
  • Available
  • Backordered
  • Last Order Date
  • Average Monthly Use
  • Used This Year
  • Used Last Year
  • Estimated 3 Months
  • Estimated 6 Months
  • Estimated 9 Months
  • Estimated 12 Months
