In version 3.13, single sign in enhancements were introduced to allow customer contacts to login to your company's default portal page and be redirected from there to their default portal.

Step      Action

  1.        Use url (company name).orderprintnow.com/Login.aspx to open your company's default 

             portal page.

  2.        Login with Username and Password. The page will redirect from the main company portal

             to the user's default portal.
