This report shows a broad overview of stock usage including: average monthly use for the current year, use this year, and use from the previous year.

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Reports} and then select {Stock Usage} under the Analysis section. 

            A Generate Report modal will open.

  2.      Select a Supplier option from the drop-down. If no supplier option selected, all 

           suppliers will be included in the report.

  3.      Select {Generate}.

           Note: You may need to confirm the file to be opened/saved before 

           proceeding, depending on your web browser. The file will open or be saved 

           to your computer depending on your web browser.

Report columns include:

• Stock name
• Supplier code
• Supplier name
• Average monthly use (This year)
• Use this year
• Use last year
