To Print a PO:

Step      Action

  1.        From the Purchase Order view page, hover over the actions menu and select {Print 

             Invoice} from the drop-down. The PDF file will open in a separate window.


 2.       Edit document as required.

 3.       Select printer icon to print the purchase order. 


To Email a PO:

Step      Action

  1.        From the Purchase Order view page, hover over the actions menu and select {Print 

             Email} from the drop-down. The Email modal will open with the Purchase Order PDF 

             attached and email body pre-filled with the canned email for PO.


 2.       Edit email as required.

 3.       Select {Send}. Once the email has been sent, the PO Status will update to Sent.
