Budgets - Editing a Budget


To Create a Budget:

Step       Action

  1.         Select Settings and then Budgets under Select {New} under Customer section. Budgets page will open and should be on the Budget tab.

  2.         Select a budget for editing by clicking on the budget's Code. The Budget View page will open.

  2.      Make required changes.


To be EditedActions
Budget Details1. Select {Edit} from the Actions drop-down menu. The Budget modal will open.
2. Make required changes.
3. Select {Save}. A pop-up window will confirm budget details saved.


Note: Edited budget details will only be applied to newly created budget periods. If you would like changes to apply to existing budget periods, you will need to edit those manually.
ContactsTo Add a Contact:
1. Select {Add} under Contacts. The Add Contacts modal will open.
2. Check box on left-hand side of Name for each contact to be added.
3. Select {Add}.

To Remove a Contact:
1. Check box on left-hand side of Name for each contact to be added.
2. Select {Remove}.
Budget Period Details1. Select Start Date for budget to be edited.  The Edit Budget Period modal will open.
2. Make required changes.
3. Select {Save}. A pop-up window will confirm selected budget period has been updated.
Budget Items1. Select + icon to left of Budget Period Start Date to expand Item view.  
2. Select Item# or Order Number to be edited. Page will redirect to the corresponding Item View or Order View page.

3. Make required changes.
