To Add a Contact:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Settings} and then select {Budgets} under Customers. The Budgets View 

            page will open.

  2.       Select {Add} under Contacts. The Add Contacts modal will open.

  3.      Check box on left-hand side of Name for each contact to be added.

  4.      Select {Add}. A pop-up window will confirm selected contacts have been added to 

           the budget.


To Remove a Contact:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Settings} and then select {Budgets} under Customers.

  2.       Check box on left-hand side of Name for each contact to be removed.

  3.       Select {Remove}. A pop-up window will confirm action to remove the selected items.

  4.       Select {Ok}. A pop-up window will confirm the selected contacts have been removed 

            from the budget.
