Stock Inventory Level allows for the initial importing of on-hand stock values and the adjusting of on-hand stock records.

Notes: This import will not update any .CSV fields other than the on-hand stock values. 

Before Stock Inventory Level CSV is imported, an export should be done for all stock to be updated.

To Export Stock:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Inventory}. The page should open on the Stock tab.

  2.       Apply any filters, if applicable, and select {Search}

  3.       Select {Export} under Stock.

Once the stock file has been exported, on-hand values can be updated in the on-hand column. These on-hand values will update on each stock when the file is imported back into DocketManager.

To Import Stock Inventory Level CSV:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Settings} and then select {Stock} under Dockets. Select the {Stock Import} tab.

  2.       Select {Choose File} under Stock Import - Stock Inventory Level CSV.

             A File Upload modal window will open.

  3.       Locate file on computer to be imported and select {Open}. The name of the file to 

            be opened will appear to the right of the {Choose File} button.

  4.       Select {Import}. A results window will pop-up to confirm records imported 

             successfully.
