FAQ - Why am I Showing No Inventory Available After Receiving my Purchase Order?
When a Purchase Order is received, any inventory will first go towards fulfilling outstanding back orders and item reserves. If the amount of inventory received is only sufficient to fulfill the back orders and reserves, there will be nothing showing as available.
To determine if inventory has been used to fulfill a back order or reserves:
Stock and Supplies
From the view page for a stock or supply, scroll to the Inventory table and select the + icon to left-hand side of PO#. This will expand the PO details on the inventory table. Any items utilizing the stock or supply from that particular PO will be listed.
The first indicator that the customer good will not have any available inventory is if there are back orders listed on the Back Orders table.
From the view page for a customer good, scroll to the Inventory table and select the + icon to left-hand side of Item#. This will expand the details on the inventory table. Any items utilizing inventory from that particular customer good replenishment will be listed.
