A Job Template will have a designated template group, name, and option.

• Template Group refers to a general way of categorizing and organizing your Job Templates, making them easier to locate. These can be customized to suit your business needs.

• Template Name refers to a specific set of similar templates.
• Template Options refers to the individual templates. 

Example:

• Template Group = Flyers
  • Template Name = Flyer - 8.5 x 11

• Template Options =  4/0

• Template Name = Flyer - 3.67 x 8.5

• Template Options =  4/0

The system will display the Job Template using the 'Template Name - Option Name' (ie. Flyer - 8.5 x 11 - 4/0) when it is added as an item to an order/quote.
