Bulk Actions are a selection of fields that can be used to quickly update information on one or more items without having to edit them individually. The system will determine if a recalculation needs to be perfromed based on the Bulk Actions tool being used and the fields that are being updated.

Option 1: Bulk Action - Quotes

• From the Side Navigation Menu select Quotes.
• Check the box to the left of the Quote # on one or more quotes.
• Select Bulk Actions > Quotes from the quotes menu.

• Make the necessary adjustments to the available settings.
  Note: Status and Tags can be Bulk Removed by entering a Status and then selecting Bulk Remove.
  
  
• Click Save.

Option 2: Bulk Action - Statuses

• From the Side Navigation Menu select Quotes.
• Check the box to the left of the Quote # on one or more quotes.
• Select Bulk Actions > Statuses from the quotes menu.

• Select status options to Add and/or Remove.
• Click Save.
