create new ticket
check ticket status- Go to Settings > Admin > Integrations.
- Copy the Zapier API Key.
- In Zapier, click {My Apps}.
- Click {Add Connection}.
- Search for the term "DocketManager".
- Click {DocketManager}.
- Paste the API key and enter your DocketManager short name.
- Click {Yes, Continue}.
