Smart Lists are an easy way to save common searches for future use.
A Smart List can be created from the following search pages:
- CRM > Customers
- CRM > Contacts
- Quotes/Orders (All quotes/orders tabs)
- Production (All production tabs)
- Accounting > Commission
- Settings > Admin > Custom Export
- Stocks
- Supplies
- Customer Goods
- Accounts Receivable
- Deposits
- Payments
- Entries
- Task
- Records
- Products
Option 1: Create a Smart List
- Enter values in the Search panel
- Click Search
- A Save icon will appear to the right of Quotes > All
- Click on the Save icon
- Enter a Name for the Smart List
- Click Save
Option 2: Open a Smart List
- Click on the down arrow to the right of All
- Select a Smart List
- The page will refresh with the saved Smart List criteria displayed
Option 3: Editing a Smart List
- Open an existing Smart List using the steps above
- Make revisions to the Search or Selections
- Click the Checkmark to the right of the Smart List name to Save the changes
Option 4: Delete a Smart List
- Open an existing Smart List using the steps above
- Click on the X to the right of the Smart List name
- Confirm deletion
