Smart Lists are an easy way to save common searches for future use.


A Smart List can be created from the following search pages:

  • CRM > Customers
  • CRM > Contacts
  • Quotes/Orders (All quotes/orders tabs)
  • Production (All production tabs)
  • Accounting > Commission
  • Settings > Admin > Custom Export
  • Stocks
  • Supplies
  • Customer Goods
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Deposits
  • Payments
  • Entries
  • Task
  • Records
  • Products

Option 1: Create a Smart List

  • Enter values in the Search panel
  • Click Search
  • A Save icon will appear to the right of Quotes > All
  • Click on the Save icon
  • Enter a Name for the Smart List
  • Click Save


Option 2: Open a Smart List

  • Click on the down arrow to the right of All
  • Select a Smart List
  • The page will refresh with the saved Smart List criteria displayed


Option 3: Editing a Smart List

  • Open an existing Smart List using the steps above
  • Make revisions to the Search or Selections
  • Click the Checkmark to the right of the Smart List name to Save the changes


Option 4: Delete a Smart List

  • Open an existing Smart List using the steps above
  • Click on the X to the right of the Smart List name
  • Confirm deletion
