check ticket statusThe Customer page is divided into the following sections:
| Section | Description |
| Smart List | The default Smart List shows All Customers but you can have unlimited lists. To learn how to create a smart list click on the link on How to create a Smart List |
| Search | Use the search filters to narrow down your search. If you would like to hide the search filters click on the magnifying glass which will toggle to hide or show.  |
| Card View/List View | To toggle from Card View to List View click on the icon.  To sort by a column then click on the heading. By default, the search will show 100 customers but you can change it to 500 or 1000 by changing the entries drop down.  Click on the eye icon to edit the Customer.  To make a call click on the phone link.  When you hover over the Address a pop-up will display the full address. By clicking on it will take you to google maps. A sub-action menu will open using the vertical ellipses. To switch back to card view click on the icon again Now all links are clickable.
