Quote items that have files attached, such as customer files, proof files, etc., can be downloaded from the quote level instead of going into each item.

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Quotes} in the navigation menu on the left-hand side.

  2.       Search for the quote containing the item(s) that you want to download files from.

  3.       Select the quote you want by clicking on the quote number to go to the Quote view.

  4.       Select the Checkbox next to the quote item(s) that you want to download files from.

  5.       Select the {Download} button.

  5.       Select the Checkbox next to the file(s) that you want to download.

  6.       Select the {Download} button. Your browser will prompt you that the files are downloaded.
