Sometimes due to unfortunate circumstances, a quote will no longer be moving forward and needs to be marked as Lost. You can keep a record of lost quotes by marking them as such. This will also reflect on your Dashboard graph of Active, Converted and Lost quotes.

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Quotes} in the navigation menu on the left-hand side.

  2.       Search for the quote that you want to mark as lost using the search filters and table.

  3.       Select the quote you want by clicking on the quote number to go to the Quote view.

  4.       Select the {Actions} menu and select {Lost}. 

  5.       A popup will appear to confirm that your quote is marked as Lost. A red exclamation mark 

            status icon will indicate this on the quote and in the status column of quote tables. You can 

            also see a circle graph containing Active, Converted, and Lost quotes on the Dashboard. 

            Hover your mouse cursor over each slice to see the total.
