You can view records of emails sent out related to a quote at the quote level.

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Quotes} in the navigation menu on the left-hand side.

  2.       Search for the quote that you want to view email records for.

  3.       Select the quote you want by clicking on the quote number to go to the Quote view.

  4.       Select the {Actions} menu and select {Records}. 

  5.       A modal window will open listing all email records related to this quote, including the 

            Description, To, From, Type, Date Sent, and Status of the email.
