You can print or email a receipt for payments in a deposit.


How to print or email a payment Receipt

Step     Action

   1.      Select {Accounting} on the navigation menu and click on the {Deposits} tab.

   2     Select the Edit Pencil next to the deposit number you are interested in.

   3.      Under the Payments section, check off the payment and select the {Receipt} button.



   4.      Select either {Print Receipt} to open a printable document in a new tab or {Email Receipt

            to attach the document to a canned email.
