You can print a receipt for a payment simply by selecting the payments you wish to print receipts for and using the Receipt button.


Printing a Payment Receipt

Step     Action

  1.      Select {Accounting}. The page should open on the Accounts Receivable tab.

  2.      Select {Payments} under Accounts Receivable.

  3.      Select the payment(s) you wish to print receipts for using the check boxes.

  4.      Select the {Receipt} button and click on {Print Receipt}.



  5.      The receipt(s) will be generated as a PDF document in a new tab.
