For GL account allocation, since all revenues are pointing to specific GL accounts in the system, if we’re crediting a posted order we need to pull revenue out of GL accounts for the purpose of a credit. To do this, we click on the {Prefill from Order items} button, find the order item that we're looking for, and mark how much money we want out of certain GL Accounts. Tax Allocation can be adjusted using the dropdown menu.

To edit Tax Allocation:

   1.      In an entry, select the Tax Type from the dropdown menu.

   2.      Enter in the amount manually in the Amount field.
