In the General section of Product Options, you can name your product option and set the label that will appear for this product option on your portals.

  1.       Select {Settings} and {Product Options}.

  2.       Make a new product option by selecting {New}, or edit an existing one using the edit pencil.

  3.       In the General section you can adjust the fields for Internal Name, Name and Label. Label 

            will be what the user on the portal will see.
