By the end of these tutorials, you will have a basic understanding of the workflow and various features of Impostrip. We will conclude each exercise by outputting an imposed PDF to verify the results.

Step    Action

  1.      Double click on the Ultimate Impostrip icon to launch the program. The Job Monitoring tab will appear.

  2.      Click on the Manual Jobs tab, click ADD...

  3.      Go to Programs Files>Ultimate Technographics>Ultimate Impostrip>documentation>Tutorial 01> Select the file named UltimateImpostrip2019_UG_E7.N_32pg and click open.

  4.      In the Name field enter 32-Pages SS.

  5.      You can change from MM to Inches etc by clicking on the second drop-down from the left of the gear icon.

  6.      In Settings > Imposition Type, choose Saddle Stitch - Left Side 7.     

7.      In Sizes > Under Trim Page Size> Select Custom and enter 8.5 for width, 11 for Height.

8.      In Sizes > Under Media Size> Select Custom and enter 19 in width and 25 in Height.

9.     In Templates > Select 2X2 from the dropdown menu.

 10.     In Sizes > Click on Custom> Enter .25 for Horizontal and Vertical Gutters.
