You can view the activity of previous edits on a Canned Email, and even revert back to previous versions of a canned email if some changes were not what you wanted.

  2.       Select the Edit Pencil on the name of the canned email you want to view.

  3.       Select {Actions > Logs} to bring up a record of edits to this canned email.

  4.       Select the date to see how the canned email looked in a previous iteration. 

  5.       To revert back to this version, select {Revert}. A popup will confirm it was reverted 

            successfully.
