Offer additional customization control of the product to the end user, online or on the POS. Enabling an Additional Field makes it a Required Field by default. A warning will also be displayed if a value is entered above or below the min/max or outside of the increment amount.
Note: When using group products online, ONLY the primary item's Additional Online Fields will display.
MANAGING PRODUCT ADDITIONAL FIELDS
Online Ordering > Products > Product Item > Enable Edit Mode > Online Panel

To edit an Additional Field hover over the Field Name and click the {Pencil} icon.

Online
If set to "Yes", this option will display on the product details page.
POS
If set to "Yes", this option will display on the POS.
Label
This is the call to action that will be displayed to the online user.
Behavior
This selection determines if the value the online user enters will replace the current field value or amend to the end for Item Name or Item Description.
Message
This is the message inside the field that will be displayed to the online user.
Display Option
This selection determines if the size fields are a text box or a dropdown menu.
Increment
This sets the increment value that can be entered in the text box or is displayed in the dropdown menu.
Minimum / Maximum
The lowest and highest value that can be entered.
