The Aging Summary - Taxes report shows the totals for 30, 60, and 90 days, as well as the total taxes.



Step     Action

  1.       Select {Reports} and then select {Aging Summary - Taxes} under the Accounting 

            section. A Generate Report modal will open.

  2.      Complete the fields.


Field

Description

Customer
Select a Customer option from the drop-down.
Sales Rep Type
Select Customer or Order from the drop-down.
This pulls information based on the sales rep set on the customer or on the order.
Sales Rep
Select a Sales Rep option from the drop-down.
Past Due
Select a Past Due timeframe from the drop-down.
Start Date
Select a Start Date using the calendar.
End Date
Select an End Date using the calendar.

    

  3.      Select {Generate}.


           Note: You may need to confirm the file to be opened/saved before proceeding, depending on 

           your web browser. A .csv file will open or be saved to your computer depending on your web 

           browser. On PC/Mac the default file location is in your Downloads folder.

  • Customer Name
  • Customer Number
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Phone
  • Contact Email
  • Current
  • Thirty
  • Forty Five
  • Sixty
  • Ninety
  • All
  • Taxes
