check ticket statusThe Point of Sale (POS) is a tool designed for quick & easy order entry for walk-in Customers, or for less experienced CSR's. The POS offers the ability to quickly add Products to a cart and edit basic information about a Product such as quantity, stock, and/or finishing options.
Search
Search for products in the POS by Item name or type, or select a Product Catalog to display all applicable items in the POS screen.
Customer and Contact
Select a new Customer & Contact within the MIS database from the dropdown menu, or quickly add a new Customer or Contact using the [+] button.
Cart
Predetermined quantities can be displayed or you can enable the user to specify a quantity by selecting "Can Specify Quantity" at the Product level in the Online tab.
"Product Attributes" can also be created in the Online tab of a Product to offer different Stock or Finishing Options.
POS Functions
Prior to Placing an Order there are additional options available within the POS.
