Quotes and Orders are separated in DocketManager but they share the same overall appearance and onscreen functionality. 

Quotes

The Quotes screen is broken down into a Quotes tab and an Items tab this makes it easy to search for a specific quote or a specific quote item. 

On the left there are Search options that allow you to refine the Quotes and Items table results based on Search criteria.

New

The New button is used to create a new quote.

Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions allows you to make edits to one or multiple quotes by checking the box to the left of the Quote number and then clicking Bulk Actions.

Delete

Quotes can be Deleted by checking the box to the left and then clicking Delete.

Export

The Quote table can also be exported (csv) at anytime for use outside of DocketManager.

Magnifying Glass

The Magnifying Glass button will collapse and expand the Left Hand Search fields.

Orders

Orders and Order Items operate in the same way with one exception, in the Orders screen you have the option to Post invoices to Accounts Receivable.
