DocketManager Security Roles allow you to Grant or Restrict user access to system areas and functions.
It is best practice to assign only one role to a user.
The Security Role Setting "Filter by Logged in User" is a restrictive setting that only displays content that a user is assigned to.
Settings > Admin > Security
Your system comes with Security Roles that you can Delete, Duplicate, Adjust, or Create New ones to suit your needs.

The Security Role Editing Page is presented in the same order as the menu options in the Side Navigation Menu.

Each permission is an option within that menu selection.
For example the options under Dashboard:
- Order Totals
- Accounts Receivable
- Production
- Orders
- Quotes
- Sales
- Deposits
All of the items in the list above are presented in order and can be displayed or hidden for specific Security Roles.

Users can be assigned to a Security Role at the bottom of the Security Role Editing page.
